Well, it’s about time I got this website off the ground. I thought I’d start by introducing myself, or rather introducing my tanks. I’m not a photographer by any stretch of the word, so if you have any tips, please let me know.

This is my 55-gallon freshwater tank. I started with no plants, and I just could not bring myself to get rid of the Easter Island Moai. It is planted with a variety of plants, which would me a while to look up their names. Below are some of the inhabitants of the tank.

Here is the tank with moon lighting.

This is my 100-gallon Goldfish barrel in the backyard. During the summer the lilies grow like crazy. I live in Southern California along the coast, so there’s never any freezing. The net is up there because I have raccoons, hawks, and owls that roam the hills behind my house.

The water lettuce provided a good way for a group of bees to get a drink of water.

This is a 20-gallon tank that I houses some Guppies and Dwarf Crayfish. In this tank, I am currently fighting algae and the Guppies that won’t stop mating and giving birth. I need to get a background for the tank to keep sunlight from hitting the tank in the morning. The Java Moss provides a jungle gym for the crayfish.

The Dwarf Crayfish are often carrying eggs and making little guys.
